Handmade cutlery and tactical gear
Cut on our mill. Finished by hand.
Every blank starts as a program on our CNC mill. From there a person grinds it, heat-treats it, fits the handle and puts the edge on. We make kitchen knives and field knives in the same shop, to the same numbers.

About us
Six operations, bar to edge
The mill does what a machine does best: repeat a profile to a thousandth. Everything that needs judgment stays at the bench. Each knife carries a serial number that ties it back to its heat-treat batch.

Program
We draw each pattern in CAD and write the toolpaths once. Every Talon is cut from the same file.
- OP 200.156 in bar
Mill
Profile, pin holes and rough bevels are cut from annealed bar stock on our CNC mill.
- OP 3059 to 62 HRC
Heat treat
Austenitize, plate quench, cryo, double temper. Every blade gets a Rockwell test before it moves on.
- OP 400.010 in at edge
Grind
Final bevels are ground by hand on the belt grinder and checked with calipers behind the edge.
- OP 50Full tang
Handle
G10 or Micarta scales are fitted, pinned, epoxied and shaped by hand to the tang.
- OP 6015° per side
Edge and inspect
Sharpened, stropped and checked against its spec sheet. Then the serial is engraved and it ships.
